Classic Vinaigrette

This Whole30 approved dressing is always a hit! It’s so easy to make- I throw it together a few hours before needing to serve it and pat myself on the back for how easy it is to make.

I made this on Monday and yesterday it had thickened and had white(ish) mixture on top, then today it had thick layer on top and most of the dressing had thickened too much to use as dressing, is this normal? I should add it tasted great Monday and I love your recipe posts on Instagram!

Hi! It’s the oil thickening on top. If the dressing is left at room temp for a few minutes the oil will liquify again.
