This Whole30 approved dressing is always a hit! It’s so easy to make- I throw it together a few hours before needing to serve it and pat myself on the back for how easy it is to make.

- ½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar or Balsamic Vinegar
- ¾ Cup Olive or Avocado Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- Pour all ingredients into a medium sized jar and shake well. Tastes best if made a couple hours ahead of time. Enjoy!!
