**Leg Day**

I know when I started running/working out, I found it very helpful when people would post their own workouts. So, I thought I would occasionally share my workouts with you guys. These are all things that I have found on Instagram  or Pinterest. I highly recommend finding inspiring accounts to follow and also searching “Lower Body Workout” or “Shoulder Workout” on Pinterest like I have. Get ready to be inspired!

Leg day! 👌🏻 I rode the bike for about 10 minutes {all my knee could handle} and then went on to do this workout:

15 (each side) plié squats with weights in hand

20 cable rope squats {see @wewannabefit’s feed}

15 heel elevated squats hugging weight {@wewannabefit also}

15 (each side) Side lunge with kick {@magenrathbone}

20 (each side) leg lifts

15 kick backs
Hip abductor
Hip adductor
Seated leg curls

Walking cable squats x3 {I can’t remember who I got this from. But you can watch THIS VIDEO to see how it’s done}
Most of this can be done at home with free weights {except the last set}. I do each set three times through and then move on to the next set.

My legs are DEAD but feel amazing. And strong. Nothing like a great workout to start the day!
