Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

My kids very affectionately named this ugly smoothie the Peanut Butter & Jelly smoothie because it tastes just like that. It really is a great way to start the day. My kids say this smoothie keeps them satisfied until lunch and I agree!

Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Large Handful of Spinach
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 2 Scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • ¼ Cup of Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon of Creamy Peanut Butter {or your favorite nut butter}
  1. Combine all ingredients into a large blender {info on the one I use can be found below} and blend on high.
  2. Add water, a ¼ cup at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  3. ENJOY!
