My Favorite Green Smoothie Recipe

When I’m wanting a high-carb breakfast {usually in the days leading up to a long run} my go-to, quick choice is a green smoothie. A few of you have asked for a recipe so I thought I’d share!

My Favorite Green Smoothie Recipe
  • 1 Large Hanful of Spinach
  • 2 Frozen Bananas {I break mine in half before freezing.}
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Mango
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk {Califia Farms Toasted Coconut is bomb.}
  • 1 Cup of Cold Water
  • 2 Tablespoons of Your Favorite Nut Butter {I use Peanut Butter}
  • 3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • 2 Scoops of Vital Protein Collegen Peptides
  1. Add all ingredients to a large blender, in the order listed, and blend on high for a minute or so.
  2. Enjoy!!
