Whole30 approved mayo was a total game changer for me. The possibilities are endless with this stuff! We use it on burger salads, chicken salad, tuna salad, potato salad, egg salad, deviled eggs… SO. MANY. possibilities. I’m not sure where this recipe is from, my step mom sent it to me. But it’s amazing. If you make it let me know!

    1. Absolutely! It would work just fine. You’ll need to find a drizzle method though to make it in a blender. An immersion blender is a handheld stick blender. Hope that helps!

  1. I made my own mayo last night for the first time. Made it with light olive oil instead of avocado oil. It’s only okay. Might have to try the avo oil next time. Maybe my taste buds are still adjusting. I’ve tried a couple of breakfast sausage recipes, too, and I just can’t eat it! Maybe eventually!

    1. Hi there, it is supposed to be thick like traditional mayo. The trick is to leave the immersion blender at the bottom of the jar (don’t lift it) for the full 20-30 seconds without moving it like the recipe states. Hope that helps!
